She most recently spent 10 years with the accounting firm, Moss Adams LLP, where her success growing the firm’s health care practice landed her in a leadership position directing the company’s entire sales and marketing team. Previously, Cindy served as Marketing & Communications Director for MAGIC International, the largest apparel tradeshow in the world, building the department from the ground up and helping the company to achieve record attendance at their events.

 

Cindy now shares this expertise with Preferred Partners’ clients, developing open enrollment and employee benefits communication strategies. She effectively serves as an extension of the marketing department of each of her clients, offering guidance on how best to educate employees on their benefits. She designs materials, provides content, recommends delivery methods, coordinates printing and mailing, and helps organize on-site events such as benefit fairs. Cindy has produced employee benefit guides, signage, newsletters, flyers, web content, enrollment forms and online surveys. She also creates and produces customized total compensation statements.

 

With the success of wellness programs being largely driven by effective marketing and promotion, Cindy quickly found another niche within the firm. She works closely with clients and their wellness vendors to establish and implement communication strategies, drive employee education and plan on-site events and challenges.

Cindy lives by her “work hard, play hard” mentality. She won’t rest until clients are happy and then rest assured, she will happily pursue the many personal activities that help her reenergize, including Lagree/Pilates, traveling, skiing & snowboarding, wine-tasting, reading, photography and attending music & sporting events.
